Carrying while driving your vehicle has become an imperative today for many firearm owners. Sometimes a gun free zone at your destination complicates things. For some it happens every day to and from work, for others only occasionally. The Pangolin pistol safe means you have your own, fully legal, temporary storage solution.

Compact and Unobtrusive

The low profile, installer friendly design and contoured shape of the Pangolin Handgun safe lends itself to installation in a variety of accessible but unobtrusive locations in cars, SUV's, bakkies and trucks. Exceptionally secure when locked, but readily uninstalled once opened. The Pangolin H does not look like a safe!

Easy access

The clamshell design opens up fully, giving quick and easy access to your firearm. Enough space is provided for all popular self-defence handguns with clip. Models 180F and 180D include gas assisted opening with high quality convoluted foam lining top and bottom shells to protect your firearm and hold it in position.

Fixed Handgun Safes

The fixed handgun safe options (180G Econo, 180B, 180F with Gas Strut, 180FCR with Gas Strut & Corrosion-resistant undercoat) are permanently mounted in position with the supplied installation kit. Docked Handgun Safes

Pangolin's movable handgun safe (180D) is a docked safe that can be attached or detached from a vehicle or wall dock in a few seconds, enabling one safe to be used in multiple locations. Vehicle and Wall Docks for 180D

The Pangolin vehicle dock is permanently mounted in position with the supplied installation kit for vehicles. It requires an installation certificate together with the safe. Inspection by SAPS is not required. The Pangolin Wall Dock is for mounting in buildings and the kit includes wall anchor bolts and washers for attachment in accordance with SANS 953-1 for a type B1 safe to a brick or concrete wall. Inspection by SAPS may be necessary.
